我們支持本地婦女就業，鼓勵她們發展專長。 製作部的同事們，均是曾在香港工業繁盛年代中，在製衣或配飾業有資深製作經驗的婦女，如曾出任著名品牌的製衣廠高層，擁有三十多年製衣經驗，非常熱愛製衣。
Bobbin supports local women’s employment, encouraging them to develop their expertise. Our entire production department colleagues were experienced clothing and accessories workers who were once devoted to working in the prosperous and golden industrial era in Hong Kong. Our experienced production manager who had served at a famous brand garment factory for over 30 years and she is still very passionate about sewing.

Bobbin (線軸) ，是裁縫製衣時所用的工具，它的每一轉每一線每一針，正正象徵著那孜孜不息的香港精神。

Bobbin is a round spindle which can be usually found in sewing machines. The spinning, the weaving, the knitting are the representation of tenacity in the Hong Kong Spirit. We specialize in producing accessories, clothes and bags of excellent quality for adults. Our products are manufactured by local mothers who had once devoted to the vibrant Textile Industry in the 60s and 70s. We are in favour of women re-entering the working force. Thus, we promise to establish equal transaction principles in order to show our gratitude towards our production workers. We honestly hope that you will like our products and will support our values!

行政部
而負責文職和行政工作的同事，大多數是為了照顧家庭而放棄專業工作的婦女。她們曾任職於政府、銀行或大型機構。我們提供彈性上班時間，好讓她們能好好照顧家庭之餘，亦能繼續做喜歡的工作。
Clerical and administrative colleagues are mostly professional working women who used to work in the government, banks or large institutions. They gave up their career in order to take care of their families. Bobbin offers flexible working hours and happy working environment so that they can take care of their families while continuing to work in their leisure time.
